How our parties work

You "rent" the space from us for €130 per hour.

We suggest 2 to 3 hours which give plenty of time to mingle, eat and do a workshop (for children over 4 years old).

If no workshop is desired €25 will be deducted from the total.

No decoration/preparation/clean up time is included.

Party timeline

  • Arrival & Free Play (first 15 min.): Kids can settle in, explore, and feel comfortable.

  • Creative Workshop (60 min.): A fun, hands-on activity or craft!

  • Break: We provide lemonade, you may bring cake + snacks.

  • Gift Opening: Birthday child opens presents with friends.

  • Party Games: Classic group games to get everyone laughing and moving.

    Optional face painting or glitter tattoos here.

  • Dancing: Music and free dancing time with your own music.

  • Treasure Hunt: Exciting finale to wrap up the fun. (optional).

  • Farewell: Goodbyes and party favours as kids head home.

What is included?

A beautiful cafe and a workshop/play room all to yourself!

A birthday slinger and banner. Paper plates, cutlery and cups.

A workshop for over 4 year olds with one of our teachers and all the materials needed.

Unlimited lemonade and some candy for the kids.

What is NOT included?

Coffee and soft drinks for adults (available at an additional cost).

Cake, snacks, sodas, balloons. You may bring your own food and decorations or ask us for a quote for external catering services.

Workshop options

Portrait painting, Customising t-shirts, Arts and crafts, Clay creations, Disco party, Princess party, Pirate party, Theatre or Slime/science.

EXAMPLES: Feel free to write us an email so we may describe our workshops in details, we are happy to help! A Science party consists of a short experiment like an exploding lava mountain then making slime. At a Princess party we decorate a wooden mirror then we dress up and dance!

Non-refundable down payment of 50%
Wednesday + Saturday afternoons / Sundays all day

Ideally max. 10 children per party. All participants must be of similar ages. For children under 4 you may bring external entertainment, a nanny service or let children roam freely: play stations will be set up with age appropriate games. No confetti or messy foods please!
