Booking Policy + Guide
Before you book a workshop, here’s everything you need to know. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Payment Information
Currently, our booking system does not support iDEAL payments. If you don’t have an alternative payment method, email us at hello@coffeeandkids.nl, and we’ll help secure your reservation.
Rescheduling + Cancellations
Plans change—we get it! You can reschedule your workshop up to 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, rescheduling within 24 hours is not possible.
Important Note
Workshops and Cowork are for children between 1.5 and 4 years old.
If you leave your child at a workshop, legal responsibility remains with you as the parent/guardian.

Select the workshop you want.
Add your details and complete your payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details (including a link to reschedule if needed).
That’s it—your spot is reserved!

Choose the package you want.
Follow the instructions and complete your payment.
You’ll receive a unique code (shown on the webpage and emailed to you).
Use the code to redeem the workshops. Each time you schedule a workshop you will receive a confirmation email with the details and a credit will be deducted from your package balance. All workshops in a package need to be redeemed within 10 weeks.
